Discovering Your Needs

Our initial meeting is your chance to discuss your hopes, desires, and goals. Together we’ll define what you are looking for in a home and why those things are important to you. Additionally, to gain a realistic expectation of what the gameplan should be, I will need to understand a few important factors:

Budget

I will help you develop a comfortable budget you would like to stick to so that I can more accurately advise on what your options are.

Expectations

There are many factors and specific needs which we will need to uncover. These are necessary to create a suitable roadmap for your goals. From timing to your willingness to invest in improving a property, to any extenuating factors that will make or break a negotiation – the more I know, the better I can serve you.

Preferences

To better tailor and narrow down the homes I show you, I need to understand your desired neighborhood, commute times, and school districts which interest you.

Viewing Homes

Knowing objectives and preferences at the outset will make the home-viewing and selection process much more seamless and hassle-free.

I will constantly be looking for properties that match your needs, and I encourage you to do the same. When we find something we think is worth looking at we will schedule an appointment for us to view the home together. Together, we can survey the home and neighborhood in person, as well as weigh all pros and cons.

Comparable Data

Securing the best possible deal means making informed offers and having a clear buying strategy. By researching comparable properties and tracking selling prices in your preferred neighborhood, I am able to best advise your price expectations and leverage data during our purchase negotiations.

More than this, I focus on long term value and building wealth for my clients. This means not overpaying for a home, AND selecting a home with the greatest potential to appreciate in value quickly.

Submitting Your Offer

Once we decide to make an offer on a home, we will create an offer strategy that blends your desired outcome with the requirements of the seller.

Constant communication will be essential throughout the process—but most critically during the offer phase. Throughout the process, I will keep you informed of any developments so we can act quickly and achieve a favorable result.

Finalizing The Sale

Negotiation

In our highly competitive market, we need to be proactive in order to get the home you want. Multiple offers are common, but as your agent, I will negotiate offers and terms consistent with your goals, while focusing on your best interests and mitigating risks.

Closing Coordination

As soon as your offer is accepted, the closing process will require your active participation. Although it may seem overwhelming at first, rest assured that I will regularly communicate progress and remain at your side until all is completed.
